When you let go of the 'need' for it, you will get what you want


“Hi Hemal,

Nina put me onto your blog and posts, and of course you know they are simply wonderful. Thank you for contributing so much of your helpful knowledge to the rest of us out here living this crazy physical experience.

I was wondering if you knew, or have blogged about anything having to do with baldness. With the knowledge I have now, I can see that I practiced the "I'm going bald and that's it, my dad is bald, etc." for years, and now I am trying to tell a new story and appreciate a full, healthy head of hair. I want all my other balding friends to look at me and say "How the HELL did you do that?  No rogaine?  No transplants?  How the hell is it possible?" Any help you could offer would be very appreciated.

Funny enough, I've searched the web for everything and found a way through the LOA to assist in a positive solution...but baldness is the ONE subject that seems very tricky - no one has a clear cut answer. Or one that I've been able to find, anyway...

CREATING PHYSICAL BODILY CHANGE IS THE SAME AS ANY OTHER CHANGE

The process for people to create change in their physical bodies is the same as the process for the changes they try to create elsewhere in their lives; whether it be attracting more money or attracting a lover, etc.  They often have a situation which is of what they don’t want and this creates the contrast - that feeling of wanting something that isn’t here right now.  And the desire of what they want emanates from that.

So it’s softening the perspective on where you are at that moment, this softens the resistance and contrast and lets in the good stuff (which feels good - that is your indication) - you can call it the Universe, Universal energy, God force, spirit, non-physical, whatever you want to call it.  You are allowing it in.  We’ll talk more about it regarding this case later.

When someone is saying “Where is my lover?  Where is my lover?  Why has he/she not entered my life yet?”  Implicit in that asking is doubt and focus on the lack of that person not being in their life right now, and that attracts more of the same.

It’s the same as someone saying “Where’s my money?  Where’s my money?”  Again, it is focusing on the absence of something and it attracts more of the same.  Some people would call it ‘root looking’ or ‘pulse checking’.  If when you plant something you are regularly digging it up to check for root growth it is not going to grow so well

The issue you mention here has the same solution as with other issues, and the irony is this: 

As you soften your perspective on the present situation, it won’t be an issue to you any more, but the irony in that is you will get what you want anyway.

It’s like a couple wanting to get ‘pregnant’, they try and try and try for a baby and after a while they decide to adopt.  And when they adopt, all their resistance to ‘not having a child’ goes....and they get pregnant.  When someone ‘gives up’ or ‘surrenders’ they let go of the resistance and thus allow what they want.  The key thing is not necessarily the surrendering but the letting go of the resistance.


ATTRACTION IS VIBRATIONAL

Before we have some statements to soften this and talk about your body’s ability to grow, something else as a consideration when people are working on something on a ‘cosmetic’ level....

People are conscious of how they look and how they come across to others especially to the opposite sex.

The thing to realise is that attraction is vibrational.  Before anyone sees you (or hears you or touches you) they have already picked you up (pardon the pun) vibrationally, their attraction and recognition of you is vibrational - the fact they are even in your vicinity is because you are a vibrational match.

The question to ask yourself, is what tone (vibrationally) are you setting, is it one of:
- I don’t like the way I look, I am uncomfortable about one thing or another
- There is something not right about me
- I won’t be liked

Or:
- I know that despite how I might look or sound, I like (even love) me
- I don’t need to be or do anything, there are people that will love me for me, and it is ok if I’m not ok for others
(a vibrational match), it wouldn’t have worked anyway – I like who I am and if they’re looking for someone that doesn’t then I’m not a vibrational match
- I like/love me

The whole Universe works on a vibrational level far before anything else, before social conditioning, man-made laws or anything else - which are all composed of 'vibration' and pure potential anyway, they are all made up of the building blocks of the Universe.  With you being in alignment and feeling good about who you are, you are attracting people that match that, or attracting that aspect from those already around you.  You can only attract that which is a vibrational match to you.

Socially you may have thought there were certain opinions about baldness in terms of attraction – as may be the case with any situation, but do realise that through your softening of your own perspective on it, those elements of society will not interest you and those that do will be the ones that match your warm fuzzy feeling about yourself. The aspects of the Universe (and that includes society!) you draw to yourself will be the ones that are a match to your frequency, your vibration.  If you have a certain opinion or self image about yourself you will attract those that are a match to it.


YOUR BODY’S ABILITY TO GROW

Now you may have read the article on Getting Into Alignment with your Body (particularly the section in it titled "Your Body Literally Responds to your Vibration") which touched on the body’s ability to regenerate and grow.  Your body has the ability to grow hair as well as make other physiological changes.  Everything is malleable by your offering a pure thought and holding your vibration to it, thus attracting more of the same and the momentum building and manifesting on a physical level.

Your body responds when you come from a place of pure (i.e. not contradicted or 'mixed') thought, i.e. not from a place of lack or trying to 'fix' something.  Law of Attraction will give you more of the same, whatever you focus on it will give you more of the same.

Soothing yourself about a situation will let you soften the thoughts that don’t support what you want, the thoughts that are on what you don’t want, so you could say:

- I know I have this and whilst I haven’t enjoyed it, I’m going to take my attention off it and onto how I feel about myself
- I’m not going to let something change how I feel about myself.  My feelings about me are unconditional regardless of the outside.  And what do you know, maybe the outside will change too
- I also know that as I change how I feel about myself, other physiological changes may take place anyway
- I know the body has the ability to create the changes I want, I am here and reading this and have attracted a match in my search for a solution
- I will take my attention off the situation and ‘stop counting’ and instead will start to appreciate the good things in my life, including my body and what I appreciate about it


APPRECIATING YOURSELF

What would be good to do at that point would be to write a list of the things you DO appreciate about yourself and your body and to practice this.  You could make it a list of 10 things, 20, 50, whatever number you like, and regularly (such as every day) write a new one.  Not necessarily because you are trying to ‘create’ something, but because you enjoy how it feels and how you feel.  Manifestation is about how you feel during the process, the manifestations themselves are natural consequences of you feeling good.  The feelings are indicators of you letting in 'all the good stuff'.

Your vibration will raise and if you feel inspired to remember or think or imagine (whichever feels best) how more and more hair (or whatever the 'condition' was) would look on you you can do so, do what feels good and enjoyable, and do it because of that.  The subject will feel different as a result of your raised vibration, you will not be trying to 'solve a problem' but envisioning and creating something because (at that raised vibration) it feels good.  If it feels heavy then return to softening and resume from there.

Getting into Alignment with your Body


“Hi Hemal, I decided earlier this year that I will run the Great North Run at the start of next month (October ‘08).  It’s a half marathon – 13.1 miles, and I had a lot of problems with my knees when I was younger and the past few years I have healed them (changed my vibration). I started training a few months ago, (I wasn't very fit at all and could hardly run a mile!!) then due to various commitments I didn't train as much. Tonight I went out for 3 miles and it felt a lot further!! I was wondering, how I can use Law of Attraction to help me feel fitter and feel that I can run the GNR in a good time. I want to improve my fitness. I know that it is a matter of aligning my vibration, any specific tips?

I have challenges with 2 particular aspects,
1: I find cardiovascular exercise very hard and tiring. It can be perceived that I am unfit in this sense. I am much more comfortable, used to and good at yoga, dancing etc. (Yes, I know these are beliefs that can be cleared)
2: The majority of my life I had extremely bad problems with my knees, partly a manifestation of my family saying repetitively 'we all have knee pain/ arthritis etc and you will have it', 'you won't be able to dance professionally because your knees wont take the strain' You get the point. And secondly I feel it manifested because I didn't love myself or feel loved by anyone else. Although this has changed, and my knees are much better, there is still sometimes a voice in my head saying I shouldn't go out running if my knees are painful. Today I over rode that voice and went out for a run, it was fantastic and I had no pain. I felt it a bit on my chest from breathing heavy!!!

STARTING WITH PERSPECTIVE

Just as you can be physically conditioning yourself for something you can also be vibrationally conditioning yourself.  In fact we talk about getting vibrational familiarity or vibrational alignment.

For millennia as a race we have been so focused on the action journey - the 'doing' - taking actions to get things done, we are now becoming more conscious of the emotional or vibrational journey - the journey that lines us up with our inner guidance and orchestrates happenings with the rest of the Universe where things happen far far far far more easily and are far more leveraged.  The action part was meant to be an expression of the vibration to have what we want than the full process in getting what we want

Regarding the cardiovascular conditioning, you start from where you start and make the most of it.  So it’s not about what you’re not or what you can’t do, it’s about focusing on what you CAN do, whatever that is, and expanding from there.

ALIGNING YOURSELF

There is a reason you chose this race, and all that it entails, there are no coincidences.  So you are here.  There is something (perhaps many things) that drew you to this race and activity and all it entails.

That is being said to remind you that you are here and you are here by choice, and so whilst you’re here and you’re going to undertake it you might as well have the full experience in being here – rather than being ‘split’ about it or in two minds.  Sometimes when people undertake something or go through something in life they go through it with ‘split energy’, so they are there but either they don’t want to be or they think of things not working out or something or other on some level THAT DOES NOT MATCH WHAT THEY REALLY WANT TO BE DOING.  And so they end up either sabotaging what they are doing and having bad results or succeeding but it being an ordeal in the process (and sometimes physically and emotionally), or a combination of the two.

The way to deal with that one might say:
- Ok, now I know I’m here and I’ve got to undertake this and I realise there aren’t coincidences and I want to undertake this
- I know that part of isn’t certain about it, perhaps in my capabilities or whether I should be doing it, but I do know I want to be
- So knowing I want to be doing this, and knowing that I will be doing this, I might as well go into it with ALIGNED ENERGY
- So as I go through this I will think from the place of it going how I want it to go
- I will use what I am about to do as an opportunity to line up my energy
- And I also know that when I line up my energy I don’t just benefit in what I am about to do but in many and all other things, ALIGNED ENERGY is very powerful, very attractive, and I attract all sorts of things
- And I also know that when I have completed what I am about to do, it creates a wonderful platform for whatever else I will do.  From having completed this I will have new eyes, new perspectives, new experiences, and a new place to make more decisions from
- And from those decisions I will flow energy to other things and I will grow, and that’s what I’m here to do


THINKING FROM THE RESULT

Being aligned will have a powerful effect on the results you get.  Having considered the above thoughts, you can also:

Start to practice you having completed the run.  Go out to a day, a week and a month after having completed it.  How does it feel?  How do you feel about yourself?  Practice this thought regularly, every day, whenever you get a moment, ideally 1-3 times a day.
Get used to how you feel about yourself.  How does your body feel?  How do your clothes fit you?  How do you feel about yourself physically?  As well as the sense of pride and all the other emotions in having achieved what you have

Notice how the month aligns itself in order for things to take care of themselves.  Your job is to align yourself emotionally to how things have gone, practice that imagery.  In professional sport they teach visualisation techniques to improve performance, especially physiological motor skills.  We are talking about conditioning you (emotionally and) vibrationally.

A couple of years ago I was looking to change my weight training routine and I spent time imagining how I’d like to be, I’d imagine my physique and what sort of a routine would feel fun and the type of lifestyle.  I enjoyed the process and what I was finding is I would be bumping into people that would be offering the right advice THAT WAS A MATCH TO MY VIBRATION and there would be people telling me about the right nutritional companies with the right advice at the right prices and so on!

As you line up your vibration the cells of your body literally respond to that.  You will also feel inspired and the cardiovascular conditioning will come on too


FLOWING APPRECIATION

Other things you can do:
What are the positive aspects of what you are doing? i.e. what do you like and enjoy about it?  Kind of similar to above where I asked you to think about how it’d feel having done it, this is getting you to line your vibration with all the things you love about it and hence draw more to you.

When someone is in a relationship and they focus on the positive aspects of their lover or partner, as they keep their pure (i.e. not split!) thoughts on them, hence they draw those forth those aspects from the partner (as long as they are a match to it, or they attract someone who is a match) and it grows and expands and builds and builds.  You are doing the same, except the relationship is with what you are doing than a partner in a relationship.

What is it you love and appreciate about what you’re doing?  Again, by regularly practicing these thoughts you are keeping your vibration around that


YOU KNOWING HOW IT WILL GO

As your vibration builds the race and the preparation will literally ‘pull’ you towards it, that is always the case, as your attention is around it, the ideas will come to you on how to do things, what to do, where to be, being at the right time/right place, talking to the right people, etc.

Whatever is happening or isn’t, keep your knowingness about it and that it is being taken care of.  It is your ability to keep that attention regardless of what is happening around you that is key, because sometimes the physical can take a moment to manifest what we’ve been vibrating.

All too often the Universe has the cake in the oven and is baking it and is about to deliver it and the person decides ‘Nah, it’s not happening’ and short circuits the whole manifestation.  Always assume your cake is being baked, even if it wasn’t in the timing or conditions you created from your physical/conscious brain, because the broader ‘God’ perspective of the Universe had far bigger plans for you than you could ever imagine.

YOUR BODY LITERALLY RESPONDS TO YOUR VIBRATION

Know that every single cell of your body (in fact the Universe) responds to your vibration.  It summons the nutrients and energy flow it needs for what you are asking.  And on a Universe level, whatever is a match to your vibration is attracted, including any and all resources and even any resources that need to be brought together and integrated together to be a match.

Regarding your knees, know that the body has the total ability to heal itself.  Your body is constantly replenishing and regenerating itself.  Every three days or so you have a new stomach lining.  Every seven years you have a completely new body – i.e. there is no cell in the body at that time that was in the body seven years ago.  If that’s the case and the body is regenerating itself, then how come physical symptoms don’t go away?  Putting it simply it is to do with the thoughts and emotions one has around it.

The body is regenerating itself and it is using your own internal blueprint to know what to recreate.  When there are (‘negative’) thoughts and emotions - or ‘resistance’ (i.e. thinking/feeling of what you don't want) - that communication gets distorted and the body is not 'regenerated' how it is intended.

People tend to assume that the body declines with ‘age’, the passing of time has nothing to do with deterioration of the body, it is to do with resistance which distorts the body's ability to maintain itself.  Resistance which is built up over time and which can be let go of by getting into alignment, and the body will immediately start to respond.  Some things may take longer to resolve as they have been built up over time, but the body will respond, it can’t not.  The whole Universe responds to vibration.

It is the same with ‘genetics’ too.  The body recreates through vibration.  Certain habits and patterns can be ‘inherited’ and chosen, but one can also practice a new vibration, and the body will respond.

SOFTENING A PHYSICAL CONDITION

So if you had an issue to do with knees in the past.  As you get into alignment as mentioned above you will find in that good feeling place that things will take care of themselves, you will be in a ‘flow’.  If you are wanting to do any ‘softening’ around that subject specifically you could say:

- I know my knees haven’t been great in the past but I’ve heard that the body can regenerate itself
- I know that as I tap into what I feel good about, whether it be about my body or anything else, I am in touch with my wellbeing
- And I know that as I keep myself in that place, and my thoughts about how my body used to be, the cells of my body are filling up with the wellbeing of the Universe, I can imagine it as light or anything else I like that feels good, but I can know my body is doing whatever it needs to to feel good, vibrant, energised, FRESH, and so much more!
- My body has been great over the years and I appreciate it SOOOO MUCH.  It has been my friend and my companion on this journey and I want to remember how I have felt at the best of times.  I want to remember the energy I have felt, the vibrancy, the ecstacy and so much more!

And remember the good times, the good feelings and the good thoughts*!  THAT’S how your body stays fresh and ‘young’!
(*Imagine or create some if you’re saying “But I don’t have good times”)


IT’S YOUR JOURNEY, AND YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO BY HOW IT FEELS

Of course, this article has focused on the energetic and vibrational side of things.  You will get many ideas on an action and physical level as a consequence.  You will find things line up to support what you want to happen, you will meet the right people or get the right advice and things will take care of themselves.  And if it appears it doesn’t, keep your attention and vibration on what you want, knowing your body and the Universe are responding.

Some things you may do in concert with an action perspective and vibration perspective.  So for example you might find a certain set of wraps that work well for you and you feel fine.  Or you may just find your knees are absolutely fine.  It’s your journey and you will know what to do by what ‘feels right’.

Fear as a Choice


This is a post that Jodi Nelmes posted on the Universal Law Of Attraction group on Facebook, and below is my reply to her


I want to discuss an experience I just had that made me realize a few things about fear. What I essentially realized was that fear is a choice, and something very interesting about fear is why we chose to be afraid. I guess lots of people chose fear for different reasons, and maybe for some it is not a choice but I think often we do chose to be scared.

On Monday June 2nd I had open heart surgery. I had a hole in my heart called an ASD and I got it closed up. In September 2007, I learned that I was going to have open heart surgery so I had a long time to think about it and deal with the idea. Actually it was soon after I found this out that I was introduced to movies like The Secret and Abraham The Secret Behind the Secret. I feel like I did attract these things into my life because I needed them to help me deal with what I was facing.

At first I was scared to get this surgery. The thought of being cut open was quite disturbing. But when I saw Abraham the Secret Behind the Secret I realized that I am not defined by my body. I am something bigger than my body and I can have control over my body. With this realization my fear lessened. Thinking of myself as an eternal being also helped my fear decrease because I thought, no matter what happens, everything will be OK.

The week before my surgery I did many meditations and tried to feel as much love and peace as I could. It was during this week that I realized that I was not really scared anymore. I wondered why I had been scared before. It was probably the night before surgery that I realized why I had been scared. I was reading Louise Hay's Heal Your Body and the part about how all physical ailments are a result of either fear or anger popped off the page at me. I realized that our bodies give us indications of how we're out of alignment with our true selves, and having fear is one of the ways we get out of alignment.

So then why was I scared? I think that we chose fear because we think it serves us in some way. For me it was almost like a programmed fear. I just thought it is normal to be scared about surgery, so that is what I felt. In certain situations fear is a good thing to have because it makes us avoid dangerous situations or it helps us get out of dangerous situations. For example, if we're in a situation where we need to run to save our lives, fear releases adrenaline and enables us to have a physical reaction which helps us escape more easily.


But we often have fear when it does not serve us in this way. I think that we think having fear will protect us because in other situations it does. And then when we are scared we attract that which we fear and we think this confirms that we were correct to be scared in the first place. But if we weren't scared we wouldn't have attracted that which we fear so fear is really not the protective emotion that we think it is in many cases.

The night before my surgery I watched Abraham the Secret Behind the Secret again and I slept so well that night. I felt peace and love and I knew I could handle whatever happened. I also knew that if I chose to be scared it would be more difficult for me to handle what was to happen. I felt that if I was peaceful and happy my vibrations of peace would be absorbed by the staff performing the surgery and everything would go smoothly. Conversely I thought that if I was scared they would feel my stress. I told myself that I didn't have to worry about what was to happen when I was under the anesthetic because I wouldn't really be there. It was not my job to control that situation in detail it was just my job to be happy.

I feel that as a result of my peace, and joy going into surgery it went very well. I used to be very scared of needles but instead of being scared I said things to myself like, "They are giving me medicine of joy". When they took the drainage tubes out of my chest while I was awake, I said "I am releasing the tubes of Joy", and it was actually a pretty cool experience, instead of one that would have made me faint.

This might have been one of the best things that has ever happened to me, because it has shown me how much I can handle, and it has given me a greater appreciation for everything in life.

It's an excellent one about the mind and spirit and seeing beyond what we have believed our bodies to be, beyond the physical that we see and calling through to what more there is

Dealing with fear, oftentimes for people when they experience something physical or health related there is a panic, perhaps also from the (mis)conception that the physical is 'fixed', it cannot be changed, 'what could go wrong', etc. And the title of your post changes that perception which once was an instinctive reaction by people, to considering and realising their instinctive reactions.

The 'reality' is that your body is constantly replenishing itself and it is doing it by the blueprint from your thoughts and emotions.

Your approach of tapping into that larger part of you through your thoughts and emotions, perhaps maybe initially grabbing onto something for hope, and working it, and improving the vibration, and improving the vibration, and improving the vibration and so on, is a wonderful example and credit to you for your handling of it, and also your ability to share and communicate it with others.

You also used a word that people don't often use in the same sentence as surgery, 'joy' lol.

The Secret and Weight Loss

This was a question I received for the Law of Attraction book,

Hi Hemal

My question is about weight loss --- I know that the documented way to weight loss in The Secret is to focus on the body you want and not on the idea that weight must be lost AND to love the current body you're in....which seems like Catch 22, because if you loved the body you were in you wouldn't want to change it, right?

REPLY:

You focus on what you like (about your body) and your actions and everything else etc are as a consequence of that, i.e. feeling good, which initially may not very feel good but it's about playing with the thoughts about the subject and practicing the vibration (there is more on this in other articles on this blog).  It's finding something you DO like, and it could be something you like currently, something you've liked before, something you WILL like, or just something unrelated which feels good (and doesn't activate the resistance about it), the feeling good will summon energy which can be in the form of ideas, inspiration, action, etc.

I did something similar last year and I found myself coming across all different types of nutritional products and supplements which were really helpful, and I would come across people who knew about training and nutrition who were willing to offer their suggestions.  Now that is on the action level (which came from ideas and inspiration I had, which came from working on the vibrational level as mentioned above).  You might get some ideas on what you are currently doing or could do, you will literally draw the experience into you from the vacuum you create with your vibration that pulls it towards you.

You're right, why would you want to lose the weight if you felt good about it?  But feel good about the subject of your body and wellbeing and see what actions you feel like doing.  It's a different perspective and rather than chasing a condition of 'good body', you are expressing/living FROM it and the actions are as a consequence and will feel empowered and stronger

It's the same in other contexts too, eg rather than someone chasing a relationship because they're lonely, by feeling great with their own company and the people they already have around them, they will BE better company and attract more friends and relationships as a consequence anyway

"I'm in a Fitness Modeling Contest...and 'I Like Food'..."

Hi Hemal,

I just, first of all want to thank you for your amazing blog, it’s really helpful and uplifting.
And I have a question, I am going to compete in my first fitness modeling contest this year, and as you know I have to be on a special diet exercising etc etc. Food is something that I really enjoy (as most people) and since I cannot eat what I would like to have I sometimes find myself pigging out one day or two, then start eating clean for maybe 2 or 3 weeks and then the same thing happen again. I had no problem stopping the smoking and the drinking since I started (6months ago) and every time it's there I just don't pay attention to it, and it doesn’t bother me, but with food it's different I would love to stick to my diet and not feel guilty and be afraid that I will gain some weight every time I pig out, or eat something I really like. I've been trying to let myself go to find the answer, but I think I need a little guidance, is there something that you could tell me please? I would really appreciate it.

There is leverage when working from the aspect of Vibration

Strictly speaking your body can actually consume whatever it wants and look how it wants to, it’s to do with the meaning and beliefs someone has about the food itself, i.e. the vibration they have about the food. So for example if someone eats chocolate cake they expect their body to respond a certain way, however if their internal communication was similar to how their body responds to salad, for example, then it would have the same response. Now one can either work on the internal communication (working on their vibration) through visualising their body, working with their beliefs etc, or do things (‘actions’) such as watch their diet, exercise etc, or a combination, and the answer to that is whatever is the path of least resistance, whichever is the quickest/easiest way to get where you want to get. Doing things from a vibrational point of view always has more power and leverage.

By imagining and feeling how it feels, having the body you want, in detail, you will find yourself more attracted to the behaviours conducive to that, you may also find yourself around the right advice, hearing the right things landing on the right websites, bumping into and speaking to people who have something valuable to offer you and so on. The most important thing you can do is line up your vibration, your feelings and thoughts towards it, and let the universe orchestrate the rest, and the ‘actions’ will also be more familiar and ‘easier’ too. Create compelling emotions for what you’re about to do, that totally excite you, let your actions be as a consequence of a love for what you’re about to do than something ‘forced’.

As regarding loving what you are about to do, practice the thoughts. You might say ‘I’m not looking forward to the actions of this’, well focus on something you love about what you’re going to do, even one small aspect that you know you like or love, whatever that may be.  It doesn’t have to be an action, it could be something about the competition or how your body will look, it could be ANYTHING, even un-related to what you are doing, just feel good about something (as it will get you off anything that didn’t feel good), the key thing is when you are feeling good you are attracting good things in all areas, so long as you don't focus on resistance or negative emotions in that context.

For example, if someone is having a challenge making money, if they can get themselves to focus on any other subject and feel good and not focus on what about money doesn't feel good to them they will attract money.  So it doesn't have to be about the subject that you find things that make you feel good, the priority is feeling good, period.


Tap into the Emotions 

So tap into the emotions of why you are doing it, what do you love about it? What feels good? What excites you? What burns you with enthusiasm and energy?

Initially it might just be a thought, or maybe you have some strong thoughts. Just focus on whatever is there, keep your attention on it and don’t contradict it (i.e. don’t think of things you don’t like about it lol), and just by starting to focus on something, no matter how small, and keeping your attention on it it will grow and grow by virtue of Law of Attraction, and it will continue to keep growing unless you contradict it

 

What are the best aspects, what do you love about it?

What are the best aspects of what are you about to do? Wouldn’t it be nice if what happened?  What are the things that would be nice to happen? It’s not about what things you think about or what you expect or don't expect or what's possible or what isn't, whether they are real or not or any of the details about them, what’s important is how they feel, and that’s what’s affecting your vibration and making far far more powerful changes than your actions alone would.  You could daydream all day and it may not be 'reality' but if you just got absorbed in it and it felt good that will do FAR MORE for you than anything else.  When you line up vibrationally you are saving 1000s of action hours.


Seconds of thought are equivalent to thousands of physical action hours

Every 17 seconds of non-contradicted thought you focus on the subject is equivalent to 2000 physical action hours.  Continuing to hold the thought for another 17 seconds (34 seconds in total), thus attracting another thought to it, is equivalent to 20,000 action hours.  51 seconds of thought is equivalent to 200,000 action hours, 68 seconds is equivalent to 2 million physical action hours because each 17 seconds attracts another thought (due to the Law of Attraction) and another thought and so on, and there is a dynamic compounding effect when each thought mixes with the others, and the attraction gets stronger and stronger exponentially and the power and the energy build and attract things to you on a physical level, magnetically and vibrationally things will be drawn to you as a result of your thoughts and you will feel the energy flowing through you.  You will feel excitement and emotions that delight you, they are your indicator on where you are vibrationally, work on feeling good and use your emotions as a guide.
