I mentioned to you I've been receiving a LOT of messages from people who have been benefiting by them, here is an example of one of them which I am including below with permission.  She was worried about a job interview she had taken the day prior, which she had been waiting to hear from, and she heard one of the audios...

Hemal,

Honestly, I listened to your 101 download and it changed my thoughts. Literally, hours later and not many at that, I found out I got the job! :) Thank you and I will be loyally watching all of the guidence you put out there.

I attended a teleconfrence last night and it really did nothing for me. It was funny because I got word of this last night, and I had already had your page open on my computer.

Funny thing was, I listened to the teleconfrence call and it did nothing for me. Today I felt I was struggling a bit and finally got to you and everything worked out beautifully and will keep working out beautifully. It's all lining up before me, one avenue at a time. You have no idea of my story and how far I've come.

It's nice to end the search of whom I will look to for guidence. I know it is all about me. But, like what was mentioned, there are a lot of people out there trying to sell stuff etc! You know of what I am speaking of. I feel I found a treasure when I discovered you and it gives me much joy and excited hope!

I do look forward and will meet you one day! I'm feeling such thankfulness and love and sending it your way. Thank you again! You have an amazing mind and they way you express things is amazing. Listening to you is wisdom speaking and coming out perfectly!

"How to Make Affirmations, Goals, Mantras, and much more, work for you"

I received a question about how to make affirmations, goals and mantras work "better", which stimulated me to write a bit on this subject.  The answer goes beyond the scope of what was asked in the question.

From my other articles or teleseminars, you'll know my emphasis of focusing on the feeling of what you are doing (and wanting); that is the indicator of your vibration about it - and being a vibrational match to what you want is how you let it into your life.  If you are not connecting with your feelings, you're not evoking your spirit, which is what we're here to do after all, aren't we? :)

What many people are not aware of when they use goals, affirmations, mantras, visualisation, or anything else, is that it is not about what you use, but it is ALWAYS about your vibration.  When you are looking to make Law of Attraction work for you, it is about you and your vibration.  What will work for you best will be that which raises your vibration the best, in that moment.  There are times you use a fork, there are times you use a spoon; similarly, you can use different techniques for different things.

"It is about the vibrational relationship between where you are and your desires.  Your emotions are the indicator of that relationship, and what you need to be doing to be closing the gap."

This is something that I tell my clients and guide them with.  When you are looking to use a technique, it is just a tool for you to work with your vibration, as is everything else - actually, as is everything else in life.  In your experiences in life, you make choices and preferences and decisions - you are always moulding and adapting your vibration in all of these instances.  There is no moment in your existence when you are not influencing your vibration (for one reason, that is what you are: a physical extension of who you are on a deeper level).  Every thought that you are thinking, even the ones not in your conscious awareness, are shaping your vibration and what is coming into your life.

There is so much I can say about techniques, and oftentimes I do, especially in the teleseminars.  On the question of goals, affirmations and mantras, here are a few quick tips about them:

1 - Does it feel good when you think about the goal etc?  If not, why do you have it as a goal?  Because others want you to have it?  Ensure it is because you feel good about it.

2 - If it feels good, how can you tweak the goal (or affirmation or mantra or whatever you are using) so that it feels better?  Can you think of something more to this goal that you can add?  Something else?  More specificity?  A different colour?  More belief in what you can have?  What ways can it feel even better?

3 - If it's an affirmation or mantra (i.e. "words"), there are certain words we have which are emotionally loaded.  How about "money", or "soulmate" or "sex" for example.  Find the words that you have that feel the best for you, relative to what you are wanting, and put them in your affirmation or mantra.  Use modifiers to make it feel even better - words that make it feel even better, eg "my palatial mansion", "my beautiful car", "the woman/man of my dreams", "deep peace" etc.

4 - Mantras can be different things to different people.  For some, they may be something they repeat to "get" something (such as a goal).  For others, they may use mantras to create a peaceful mind and be in the moment - it is more 'state' oriented than 'goal' oriented.  For example, they may repeat something whilst doing breathing exercises to orient themselves in their now.  If this is the case, then be aware of this and choose the words that best orient you in your now and your attention in the direction that you would like to be going.

5 - The goal which you visualise or affirm is relative to where you are at, vibrationally.  As you grow vibrationally and get closer to it, it can mean and feel differently.  Pay attention to your feelings.  You are an expanding being, and as you grow and expand, focus and include the things that feel best to you - similar to as mentioned above about making it feel better and better.

"How can you be a Vibrational Match?"

Jay Lakhani:  There is an Abraham quote: If there is something that you desire and it is not coming to you, it always means the same thing. You are not a vibrational match to your own desire."  So how can you easily achieve a vibrational match?

The easiest way is by thinking of it and from it. What happens for most people is they let other thoughts get in the way. It's about thinking about something and by the attention to it (without resistance), letting it build; and it attracts more thoughts, and more thoughts, and then physical manifestation.

Playing with thoughts is one way, eg "Wouldn't it be lovely for me to be with the love of my life?  How would it feel to drive the car I'd love to have?  How would it be to live in the house I want?  How will I decorate it?"  And so on.  It's just many people get stuck on the "how to" and their beliefs about it being/not being possible, rather than being open to the possibilities and focusing on the envisioning and letting the Universe find the answers, commensurate with your vibration.

Every thought has a vibration. To be a vibrational match to something, have thoughts about it.

Going Into 2010 With Momentum

I had a very pleasant surprise yesterday.  Lisa Ellwood (she will tell you below how she came across me) tagged me on a note on Facebook that she had written.

A year ago I wrote a post on "Going into the New Year with Momentum" where I mentioned about how, through your perspective, you can have a great momentum in going into the New Year.  I didn't know until I saw Lisa's note yesterday, that she had applied what was in that note and (in her words) EVERYTHING she had written had come to fruition even down to the time periods specified.  As she will tell you, she is someone who has had some challenges, including "clinical depression".

I will paste Lisa's note and do feel free to share your thoughts and write YOUR answers to my exercise in the comments below.

My latest New Years Tradition: Going Into the New Year With Momentum

This is a great addition to my New Year's Traditions.

My dear friend Michelle H. turned me onto The Manifesting & Law of Attraction Page founded and run by Hemal Radia here on Facebook last year (http://www.facebook.com/ManifestingLOA). The timing was quite fortuitous as it was nearing Christmas.

Hemal did a post where he talked about *Going into the New Year with momentum*. In essence, you are compelled to do a lot of self-reflection - never a bad thing at all and especially if you are in denial about taking control of your life and your ability to create the future that you want for yourself. I can honestly say that just about everything I wrote for 2009 came to fruition even down to the time periods specified. Quite profound for one who struggles with positive thinking (being clinically depressed doesn't help), meditation and visualisation.

Below is the exercise Hemal had us follow. I've made a couple of slight tweaks but this is the general format.


MANIFESTING & LAW OF ATTRACTION

GOING INTO THE NEW YEAR (2010) WITH MOMENTUM

1 – Write at least 3 to 5 things that you have Appreciated about this year

2 – Write at least 3 to 5 things (or more) that you are Anticipating/Excited about next year

3 – This time next year, what will you be delighted and proud with? What will have happened? (You can do this for the end of Jan too, what will you be proud of by then?)

Want to Meet in Las Vegas?

Henri Coleman, who lives in Las Vegas, asked me a few months ago if I would be interested in having a live event in Las Vegas.  We interacted and are intending on having an event next Spring.  I will let Henri explain....

Henri: In preparation for a Hemal Radia Law of Attraction Seminar/Workshop in Las Vegas, we are targeting a weekend in May 2010.  This will give everyone who would like to attend a chance to come to Las Vegas and participate in this exciting event.  

What you can expect from this event:

• You'll learn Law of Attraction and about YOU and YOUR Life like you've not known it before!  Those who are familiar with Hemal's work will know that no one covers it like he does!
• You will get a chance to see Hemal in person; and, we will get a chance to personally interact with one another also!  How exciting to meet, manifest, and share!
• You will not only be able to interact with Hemal but also meet others who have very similar interests to you!  One thing I have noticed with the people around Hemal is there is a WONDERFUL spirit!
• Ask questions!  This is a live event and Hemal enjoys the interaction and stimulus!  And we get ANSWERS!
• In meeting Hemal we have an opportunity to interact with a true Expert in his field.  As well as the seminar time we are also intending to have some lighter interaction time.

A provisional format for the event would look something like this:
Friday evening:  Cocktail Party to meet and greet. 
Saturday:  Morning session, Lunch with group or separately, Afternoon session with Questions and Answers, Dinner with group or separately. 
Sunday:  Coffee, Pastries, 2-3 hour Workshop, and depart by 1pm.

"What if Others Cannot Keep up with my Growth?"

This was a request from a good friend to a quote I put up about Growth:

"That is comforting for the assurance Hemal...however, as we expand and grow...those around us will sometimes feel discomfort, which then transfers to us...maybe you could expand on how to handle this aspect of growth" - Henri Coleman

ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE YOU, AND THEM TO BE THEM

There are a few things about it. Firstly we cannot hold our own growth back because on a deeper level we are all expanding, and we do not have to. When we hold our own growth back we are against our own flow and it gets uncomfortable and eventually the discomfort can increase. It's like pressing the accelerator and the brakes at the same time.

There are no coincidences in the relationships that we have, whether it be family, friends, pets etc. We, and they, came into this life to experience the contrast and the dynamics that we experience. However, we are always at vibrational choice of what we keep and allow in our experience.

Some might say, "Oh move on, you are no longer a match" and that can feel quite cold and hurtful. I don't agree with that and I believe that if we would like to and choose to (and it IS a choice), we can be with anything or anyone if we choose solely to focus on the factors that we love and keep our attention off the things we do not like (that is what creates the resistance and discomfort and pushing away). Many though are habitually good at looking at the things that are wrong and that creates discord in the relationships.

Look to appreciate the gift that is your growth. See it also as an opportunity to share it with others. Now if others do not see it that way, do not hold it against them, and allow them to be themselves. Give them space to have their opinions as you allow yourself to do the same.

Their discomfort, with all due respect, is their stuff. You can support them and give them love, but it is for them to deal with. It's like an analogy a good friend of mine uses, "You can't lose weight for someone else".

YOU ARE THEIRS AND EVERYONE'S INSPIRATION THROUGH YOUR FLOW

But through YOUR flow and inspiration you can inspire anothers to theirs. Oftentimes people have lost hope or they do not believe things can be a certain way. BE the inspiration and the light for the sake of being it - i.e. for YOU and because it is your flow. Let them choose to resonate with it. At first it may be scary for them. Again, their stuff. But that is part of their evolution and development, and that is also their choice.

Take your attention away from their challenges, put it on what IS good, whether within yourself, them, or anything else. If it feels good, it is getting you to your alignment. If you are in your alignment, you are in your flow and attracting all sorts of wonderful things. Make your focus your own flow, and choose to include or exclude things to pay attention to based on that, make that your criteria.

What You Want Can Seem So Far, Can Really Be So Near

WHAT YOU WANT DOESN'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO BE FAR AWAY

There are times when we may feel far away from the things that we would like.  It may be specific things or it may be a direction. It may be that we have taken a path or made certain choices in life which we feel have taken us away from where we want to be.

The truth of the matter is, you can never be far away from what you want because on a deeper level it ALREADY EXISTS.  What you are feeling is the discord in your emotions from what you perceive around you, on a physical level, and your beliefs that you are far from it. 

The 'reality' is that what you want has already been created on an energetic level (When you think it, it is created.  Everything exists in vibration; all possibilities exist), it has already been conceived, and in your allowing of it through your vibration you give birth to the physical manifestation.

BUILD & ALLOW THE BRIDGE TO WHAT YOU WANT

Build a vibrational bridge from where you are at to where you want to be.  Make peace with the present (at least in your own mind) so you are not constantly fighting it and having your attention on lack or resistance to it.

When you look around and put your attention on what you dislike, that dislike is blocking off what you want and offering a vibration to attract more of the same (i.e. dislike).  Make peace with that situation or put your attention on something else so that you are offering a different vibration.

What you want may seem far away, but in you practicing gentle steps towards what you want, you are building the bridge.  For some people, they get excited when they think about their dreams.  Others, they feel despondent because they feel far away from them.  The difference?  The difference is their beliefs about the situation. 

In the first case the individual isn't offering any beliefs or thoughts to contradict what they want, so they can feel good about the dream and it can come.  In the second case the individual, when they think of their dream, are stimulated to bring up their doubts and disappointments.  Both have the dream, one is allowing it, the other is resisting it. 

THERE IS POWER IN YOUR ENVISIONING

Put aside any doubts or disappointments or fears or anything else about what you want, allow yourself to dream for the sake of it, because it feels good (that in itself is an indication to your vibration).  Many are not used to doing that because they feel it doesn't do much. 

If you focus on something that feels good, and regularly practice it, and do not doubt or contradict it, it will get bigger and bigger and bigger very quickly and you will be on your way. 

You will know because of how it feels; the excitement will build and build (if it doesn't, it is because you are contradicting it on some level).  And very soon you will see physical manifestations.  There is a natural and universal flow for growth and expansion.  You do not even have to 'try', you just have to not fight your flow, let the stream carry you.

What happens for most people, like I mention in my teleseminars and to clients, is that many people contradict or doubt or block their flow.  Your flow is infinite and abundant and not only can it carry you to what you want but far beyond what you can fathom.  Your flow is more infinite and abundant than you can see, and remember, there is far more around you that is in addition to what you can see. 

And you know this because you have already had experiences that have indicated this to you :)
