It Doesn't Have to Be A Perfect Journey

 

If you're feeling something uncomfortable, question your thoughts/beliefs around it. In likelihood, there will be a presumption of limitation or scarcity or something in what you are thinking if it feels that way. The more and more you are in tune with 'you' and the Universe, the more elegantly it flows. 'Resistance' is what creates the discord. Alignment and easing into 'who' you are flows easier and easier.

It doesn't necessarily mean that things are always smooth, that's part of the journey and gives you emotion, desire, perspective, for choices you make towards your alignment. It doesn't have to be a perfect journey, but ideally make your response to it as best as you can, that serves and helps you to your alignment.

Nurse Lights Up Her Ward with Inspiration & Manifesting

 

Oftentimes many believe that changing their "everyday" lives can be difficult.  Also, at the moment there is a lot of attention being placed in the world on scarcity and limited resources.  This post shows that it can start with spirit, and the physical changes.

Here I share a story about a nurse, who looks after babies born up to 16 weeks early, who has not only transformed her own life, but of those around her, including those at the hospital where she works.  Other nurses, patients, supervisors, and more, have all "felt the energy".  She has very much applied inspiration, Law of Attraction, and "Manifesting".

In her words she says:

I am a qualified Neonatal nurse and I look after babies born up to 16 weeks early, or any baby who is considered to be unable to be cared for by its mother.  So babies who have cardiac anomolies, hypothermia, hypoglycemia, birth abnormalities, babies requiring respiratory support, nutritional support, fractures due to delivery, babies having seizures, babies that dont feed, babies that have social problems, babies needing surgical interventions etc... the list is endless :)

Her name is Pamela Marsh and those of you on the group coaching calls will know her.  She is also a one-to-one client.

We have been working together for a few months and she has also been on the group coaching program.  We were interacting yesterday about some of the results she has been getting, including at her hospital, and thought it might be fun to share with others.

 

Some of the "Manifestations"

Some of what has been happening for her:

- Early on when we were interacting, within a couple of weeks, she attracted the car of her dreams (In her words: "I manifested an awesome car :) ").  Originally she wasn't sure how it would happen.  I gave her processes to focus on the car itself and let the details be taken care of.  They were, the "how" took care of itself.
- Parking spaces appearing when she goes out
- The other day she parked somewhere and someone came over and gave her a ticket for parking that they had already paid for
- Traffic lights that are green
- People making her cups of tea when she thinks about it
- This week she has been manifesting boxes of chocolates too

And, in her words:

Oh but you missed the best one of all.. In the beginning I had a desire to leave behind the life/relationship that was dragging me down, and that led me firstly to manifesting a super coach (Hemal!) that started guiding me in the right direction, and now i'm finding myself again.  The real happy, excited, unstoppable me and life just keeps getting better and better. ~ Thank you Hemal, you are fabulous :)

 

 

What Has Been Happening At Work

At her place of work what has been happening is:

- Other nurses feel inspired
- 'Politics' happen less, as everyone is more focused and busy on 'feeling good'!
- There is a "great spirit", and laughter can be heard!
- A consultant commenting: "I always know when you are here because I always hear laughing, laughter everywhere!  It's so good."
- Because people are too busy playing the games and the momentum builds, there is no time for comments such as "What are you so happy about?"

How Has She Done This?

In addition to the work we have done together, she created some 'games' to play with the other nurses in the ward.  The other nurses would find themselves being asked questions by her (Questions which they would find would change their focus!).  These questions would powerfully change the atmosphere of the ward.  They included:

- If you were going on a Hot Date this weekend, where would you be going and who with?
- If you were getting a cheque for £50,000, what would you do with it?
- If you were going on a Dream Holiday, what would it be like?
- If you were going away on a wild weekend for two, who would you take and where would you go?
- If you were going to the Oscars, what would you be wearing, how would you be going, what preparations would you make?
- Describe your Dream Man (or Woman)

As mentioned above, there would be a great spirit and a great energy.  Despite a situation or the resources you believe you have (or that you believe you don't have!), when you change 'you', you draw all sorts of resources to you for things to happen.

Despite What Happened, Your Life Will Be Even Better

Many have been through some form of major experience, whether it be in having to move home, losing a job or a business not working out, a divorce or relationship change, a bereavement, or some other personal matter, and then found that it is not easy to ‘find themselves’. 

What can also happen after a major incident, besides the life change, is the carrying of emotions and any beliefs and perceptions as a result of this experience.

So someone comes out of an experience where they might feel lesser for it, perhaps having lost something on a physical level – whether it be possessions, finances, or a part of themselves.  As well as any potential ‘scarring’ they may have experienced, and being worse for wear.  Does this seem familiar?

Not to worry if it does.  The rest of this article will focus on the remedy of it. 

 

YOU ARE MUCH MORE THAN YOU SEE, AND MUCH MORE THAN WHAT HAS HAPPENED

My book talks about us being much more than the physical body that we are.  You are divinity in physical form.  You are energy.  And so much more.

All your desires and wants are already in form energetically, just not in physical form, yet.  Just because you have been through something traumatic, it does not mean anything has changed.  What has changed is your relationship to those things as a result of your beliefs and perceptions because of what you have been through.  Those thoughts of doubt that you have, they create a discord between where you are and where you want to be.  The more you doubt yourself, or have fear, or other thoughts incongruent with your desires, the stronger the emotional pain that you feel and the stronger the indication that you are off-course.  Move towards what feels less worse, and then towards what feels better.

Painful emotions are an indicator that you are off-track.  They are not here to punish you.  They are an indication, a guide, as to the direction to your light.

When you berate yourself and beat yourself up, notice how it feels?  And at other times when you are kinder to yourself and forgiving and allowing, notice how that feels?  The better it feels, the more you are facing (and heading in) the direction you want to be.

 

It is not what happens but your perception of it that affects you and your life.  And thus then also creating the possibilities in your next moment.

No matter what has happened, no matter what may appear to be ‘damaged’ in physical (or emotional) form, it does not need to affect you or your life.  This is an abundant Universe with all possibilities.  Everything is fluctuating as energy and all possibilities exist.  You literally mould the reality around you with your thoughts.  When you have doubts and fears, they are projected into your reality.  When you have an assuredness, that no matter how, things will be fine, and you genuinely feel this, the way is more likely to be easier. 

 

 

The best vibration to have is not one where you are imposing on the Universe to do something for you, but one where you have a knowingness of your own divinity and wellbeing.  The Universe corresponds to the vibration that you offer - whether it be in reflecting you being of 'need', or in reflecting the knowingness of your power.  Two different vibrations with different reflections from the Universe.

 

It may seem that you have lost things dear to you – whether it be a home, a business, work, loved ones, children, or others.  Realise that nothing is ever lost and the connection is eternal.  You may not be together in physical at this moment, and there’s nothing to say you won’t be again, but put your focus on your forward path. 

 

WHAT YOU WANT DOES NOT REQUIRE PHYSICAL RESOURCES TO START

The vibration of looking at the past and perceiving ‘loss’ is not as conducive to you attracting what you want as looking to the future and knowing fresh possibilities are ahead (including with the same people, if you so choose).  The possibilities are there, and they enter your life as quickly as you create the space for them.  They do not necessarily require physical resources, they start with you creating the energetic space and your alignment for them.  Then they happen.  And in your building awareness and confidence, more come.

But when you look back and focus, whether consciously or unconsciously, on what is lost, you are offering the vibration of loss, and this creates an energetic barrier between you and what you want.  The barrier is as strong as your emotion is about it.

Realise what happened has actually served you in that you have responded by growing on an energetic level.  You now just need the alignment on the physical level in your realisation of your divinity and that all is (and will be) well. 

 

TAP INTO THE PLAYFUL, CREATIVE WONDER WITHIN YOU

So realise, no matter what, all possibilities exist.  Remember that playful wonder when you were a child of getting to create and build again.  We often forget this, and often don’t allow ourselves this because we think we are too old or that it’s not possible to create again or that we do not have the resources.  These are ALL beliefs.  The Universe is a malleable energy that responds to your thoughts.

Play with the creative wonder that all possibilities are (and they always are) open to you.  What would you do, be and create?  What do you get to do?  How?  With whom?  Do this just for the sake of raising your energy.  Do this consistently and long enough – without doubting or fearing, as much as possible, and notice the physical manifestations that occur in your experience as the shoots of recovery.

The Universe never forgot you and has never not loved you.  You only created the separation through your feelings of unworthiness, hopelessness, destitution, and anything else which is far, far, far away from the joyful, loving creator that you are.  Life can be difficult sometimes.  But within you is an inner spirit and glow, and a love, which when you radiate from within, lights up the life you experience.  The intention of this article is to remind you of it.

Remind yourself of what is worthy about you.  Of what is valuable about you.  Of what is lovable about you.  Of what is priceless about you.  When you start seeing it, the Universe can start reflecting it back.  See yourself as a unique aspect of divinity.  There will never be another like you, ever.  Bask in that place and live from that place.  From that perspective, all that seemed painful will change.

 

Life is like a river.  Where you put your attention and energy now will influence what flows to you next.  Old waters will pass.  New, fresh waters will enter your experience.  You have choice in what you experience.  You choose by what you feel and expect.

The Universe IS Your Friend

 

When many go through challenges and strife, it may be very easy to believe that they are alone and that there is nothing and no one on their side. This can very much be an easy view to have from our ‘physical’ perspective. Especially when we have always been taught to only believe what we can see.

There is more in this Universe that is unseen than is seen. For everything you see, there is an energetic and unseen component. Nothing happens by chance. Everything is ‘energy’ and has a vibration.

 

There is more in this Universe that is unseen than is seen. You get to have revealed to you what you are ready to see by what you believe.

 

For everything you do not see in your life, such as the people you would like to have around you or the prosperity you would like, there is an unseen component that already exists. But, when you focus on the absence of it, that component does not manifest into a tangible physical experience. In fact, you manifest the opposite because that is where your attention is.

 

This Universe loves you, adores you, you are its child and expression and it lives through you. It wants you to succeed. And when you do, it does too.

 

This Universe is your friend. It cannot be any other way because you are an expression and an aspect of it. There is no separation between you and it. It is like your kidney disowning the rest of you. You are all and one, and interconnected. There are no hardships, boundaries or separations, other than those created.

The Universe is full of diversity and choice and you get to experience the reality you choose, and you choose it by what you focus upon. Along the way, there may be stumbles and happenings which may surprise you; they will be indicators of tweaks you can make to improve your alignment and flow. When something surprises you, it is an opportunity to adjust your attention to what is important to you and BE from it. The Universe soon corresponds to your beingness by way of physical manifestations.

In a world where it can appear to feel easy to be isolated and alone, remember that inherent in everything within you and around you is an interconnection and an energy. An energy which could also be metaphysically labelled as ‘love’. Put your attention on this. Feel it within. Live from that place. Then notice the situations that come your way from these subtle shifts you make.  

The Universe IS listening to you. It never hasn’t. But as with any friend you speak with, make sure your message is clear. The Universe hears you through your emotions. Be clear what you feel about what you want, and keep out of your vibration what you do not want by keeping your attention on what you DO want. Your friend, the Universe, loves you and is on your side and will correspond, without fail, every time. Your friend is always listening. Just be mindful of what you are communicating through your thoughts.

 

 

 

 

Using Goals and Outcomes to Align Your Energy

 

 

If you are going to set goals and outcomes I'd suggest using them as a tool to get your 'energetic' or 'vibrational' alignment to those things you are wanting.  In the end, THAT'S what gets you your goal, that you are an energetic match to it.

There are many methods of goal setting, one of them is the 'SMART' system.  I have just picked this system randomly to go through aspects of a system and show what each aspect does on an energetic level.  I'm not saying you should use this system or not - that's about your resonance to it, I'm just highlighting how 'traditional' goal-setting techniques work on an energetic level - which is what it's all about - and you .

Specific - If you've read my book "Find You and You Find Everything: The Secrets to the Law of Attraction" you will know I talk about you being a physical being who flows non-physical or spiritual energy.  When you get specific, you are getting more and more focused and engrained into the physical and in your clarity there is more 'power' in your energy.

Meaningful - The more meaningful something is to you, the more energically charged it will be for you and thus more attracting power.
Measurable - Similar to specific, mentioned above.

Achievable - You achieving your goals is a process of magnifying your alignment to something, even if it isn't here yet.  If you disbelieve your goal, you are magnifying that.  If you find something about your goal that feels good to you right now, you magnify that and attract more of that.  You don't have to believe everything right away, you just start with what you DO believe and go from there.  Your life is a journey and an evolution.  These goals are a part of that process and a tool.

As if Now - Stating the goal as if you have it.  It's about FEELING as if you have it, and that's better when you are stating and thinking as if you have it.

Realistic - Similar to Achievable above.
Responsible - That the goal (in your perceptions) is 'Responsible'.  This is down to your alignment and beliefs.  Trying to attract something that you have a conflict about may not be easy, hence get alignment with it.

Toward - State the goal toward what you want, than away from something you don't want, i.e. state it how you want it (not what you don't want)
Timed - Time is more a focusing mechanism in your alignment than the Universe bringing it to you based on the time you specify.  I will talk more about this on the Manifesting Excellence call this coming Saturday.


Understanding 'Goal Setting' on an Energetic Level

The above are some early thoughts on this topic.  When I explain things on an energetic level (such as some of the concepts in my book), people get the "aha" moments and it all fits.  There has been a lot of information around about goals, but this brings it all together as there is actually a pattern and simplicity around everything that is out there on it.

"Recipe to Happiness"

 

 A friend suggested to me to write a post on "Happiness".  So I thought a post about "Recipe to Happiness" could be fun...

 

Ingredients to include, and not include in your life.  Starting with those to avoid...

 

Fear – Focusing on that which hasn't happened yet can bring you more torment than it might if it does (and attract more also).

Anger – A moment's miscontrol can lead to consequences and regret beyond the moment.  Which can lead to…

Guilt – Questioning an action or decision beyond when it happened.  It happened back then, you can drop the burden/load now.  Correct whatever you need to, and go forward with a free mind.  A heavy load just slows the rest of your journey…

 

INGREDIENTS TO INCLUDE...

Love – The truth is when you experience love, it is another (or some 'thing') enabling you to find the love within you.  Your whole physical experience is about revealing more of who you are.  You are in a beautiful place to do that.

Happiness - Oftentimes a state people allow themselves to feel when they have, be, or do something.  Essentially, those conditions act like 'switches' for you to turn on your allowance of this state.  Allow yourself to feel it now.  And having, being, doing what you want will come sooner anyway.

Self-worth – Much like happiness, people place conditions on how they see themselves.  Oftentimes they look around where they are, or look to their past, perform evaluations based on their beliefs, and determine their 'value'.

Allow yourself to set no conditions on your 'value' or self-worth.  Or better still, project the most magnanimous dreams into your future, feel and embody yourself within them, and transform your now.  Expect your world and everyone within it to change.   It can't not.  When you truly change how you see yourself in your now, you change everything that you see from your now - and that's how you change your future, and your possibilities in your now.

 

 

Free Audio - "How to Manifest a Life in a Tropical Paradise"

 

A couple of months ago I was having a brief "Hi, How are you?" public exchange on Twitter with a good friend of mine, Ryan Biddulph.  It was a very brief interaction in which he mentioned he was intending to move to Bali with his girlfriend.

 

I know that everything has a vibrational cause, and also, when we do things, we leave behind a trail of actions and steps.  So what I thought would be fun would be him and I having a fun conversation and identifying how he 'manifested' this move to Bali.

 

Within a week or so him and I had an interaction and I asked him various questions about how he dealt with limiting beliefs and fears about the move, how he liked to visualise, etc.  I thought it would be useful and fun for others (such as you!) to later hear this conversation.  This is a process I used to do a lot with myself many years ago to identify how I was manifesting what I was, by looking at my results and 'how' I created them.

Having Your Dreams Happen by Remembering Your Divinity

 

 

 

 

When you think of your dreams or goals, how do they feel? Is there a heaviness about them? An element of ‘need’? What if they didn’t happen? How would you feel?

If there is any element of ‘heaviness’ or tightness about them, in likelihood there is an element of attachment on some level. That does not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with the goal, but your perspective about it.

 

What happens in your life is down to your perspective and vibration about something than what the situation is. Your perspective and vibration ARE what make it what it is to you.

 

 

RELATIONSHIP EXAMPLE

If two people have been beautiful lovers, are perhaps married now, and after time they are feeling a bit of heaviness in the relationship, does that mean that there is something ‘wrong’ in the relationship? Not necessarily. But it does suggest that what they are focusing on within the relationship has changed.

So, what if these two people decided that they would now remind themselves what made them fall in love with the other in the first place? And perhaps make a list of 10 things that they adore about the other and what is so special and priceless and unique about them. Would that change how they feel about the other? Would that allow the relationship to be in that light, fluffy place full of possibilities? Absolutely! It would raise their vibration and more and more possibilities, love, inspiration, and ‘MAGIC’ would enter their experience.

 

When you raise your vibration, you reach that tingly place of possibilities where it’s all possible.

At higher vibrations, the energy is more fluid and lighter and possibilities are free-flowing and you are more connected to your Infinite Intelligence. With attachment, negative emotions etc, it is not as fluid, it is heavier, and is more static.

 

 

YOUR DREAMS, AND YOUR DIVINITY

When you think of your goals or dreams, how can you think of them that feels the best? What aspects about them can you think about them that feels the best?

 

If it emotionally feels better, that is your indication of you getting further into alignment with your goal and the indication of it being in your reality sooner.

Also, consider what aspects should you take your attention off? Sometimes we have a goal, say wanting money, but we are fearful of us not having it at the moment. If you take your attention off that and onto what feels good about having money and what you will do with it, does that feel better?

 

Focus on the aspects that feel the best about your goal, and take your attention off the aspects that don’t. The Universe will conspire to match you in the energetic relationship you are forming.

Be at peace with your goal happening or not happening, and focus on the aspects you love about it: “My goal, I love you not because of you happening or not happening, but I love you for the joy you give me when I think about you.” Isn’t that ‘unconditional love’? And one of the most attractive forces in the Universe?

Do you remember times when you ‘let go’ of something and stopped thinking about it, it happened? It’s not that you stopped thinking about it that made it happen, it was that you took your attention off the attachment and the lack of it.

When you are in a place of joy and knowingness that you are truly ‘safe’ in this Universe, and that no matter what happens or doesn’t happen, you as an eternal divine spirit – which is who you truly are – will be fine, you are most in synch with everything else.

Many people get caught up in the physical perspective of their lives, and do not always remember they are an eternal spirit having a physical experience. When you remember that, you remember who you truly are, and you shine a beacon in this Universe to draw all that you want to you.

I have always said that things can happen very quickly in your life.  It is about changing the energy.  It takes a simple step, and then another and you build a momentum.  What happens for many people is they are not always aware of how to make those steps.

There is an infinite and abundant energetic momentum that is ready to be on your side in you lining up to it.  The Universe has already created your manifestations, it's just waiting for you on a physical level to line up so you can experience them on a physical level.
